Uwe Boll petition answer

Written by admin, on Apr 09, 2008 - 14:16

I’m not a fucking retard like Michael Bay or other people running around in the business or Eli Roth making the same shitty movies over and over again. If you really look at my movies you will see my real genius you know, and if you go on May 23 on Postal you will see that I deliver a movie what nobody else delivered in the last 10 years, what is way better as all that social critic George Clooney bullshit what you get every fucking weekend. You have to really wake up and you have to see me what I am. I am the only genius in the whole fucking business.

orlando_bloom_14.jpg“Walt Disney Pictures [said] that there is no truth to these rumors,” said the site. “What we do know so far is that Mike Newell (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) is expected to start shooting Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time soon at Pinewood Studios in the UK and in Morocco as well. Jerry Bruckheimer instead is producing the film, which the studio is targeting for a June 19, 2009 release.”

Lighthouse Interactive and dtp Entertainment have released another trailer for their upcoming adventure/psychological thriller for the PC, Overclocked: A History of Violence. The trailer reveals more of the game’s plot and introduces the other characters including the five young patients who were found wandering the streets of New York City - distraught, scared and screaming.

Overclocked is set against the backdrop of a catastrophic thunderstorm raging over New York City where you step into the shoes of army psychiatrist, David McNamara who is called to the Staten Island Forensic Hospital in New York City to consult on a case that requires your expertise in forensic psychiatry. Throughout the game, you will play as five other characters which are seen in the trailer posted above.

Overclocked: A History of Violence is expected to hit shelves in North America on April 11th, and Europe May 2nd.

Incredible Hulk Game Teaser Trailer

Written by admin, on Apr 01, 2008 - 17:32

Forget Ang Lee’s vision of The Incredible Hulk. Marvel is putting out a new interpretation of Bruce Banner’s incredible transformation to the Hulk and Sega is developing a game to go with it.

Sega’s The Incredible Hulk video game looks like an updated version of Ultimate Destruction; only with more enraged roaring. I hope that the game delivers at least as well as Vivendi’s Hulk tribute. That open world for the Hulk to run around and smash things in has never been replicated, except maybe in crack down. It’s hard to tell from the teaser, but it appears the game features a fully destructible environment.

Take a look at the new teaser trailer.

New Trailer for Saints Row 2: Best April Fools Day Prank?

Saints Row 2 Trailer

Haha! Oh, you got me, THQ. Here I was thinking that the new trailer for Saints Row 2 would show us something new from this upcoming title. But no, it’s just a a bunch of floating graphics and some voice over; all of which reveals nothing and doesn’t get me excited about this game at all. If I didn’t know better, I’d think this wasn’t a big joke, and that this trailer was actually meant to be interesting to some degree. Well played, THQ, well played.

Metal Gear Solid’s Snake is Altair from Assassin’s Creed!?

Written by admin, on Apr 01, 2008 - 14:50

Breaking news! It has just been revealed that the big secret from Assassin’s Creed wasn’t just the whole time-bending thing. It turns out that Altair is really Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid series! Okay, so obviously this is one really elaborate April Fools joke. It looks like Ubisoft and Konami collaborated to bring us the coolest five-minute gaming video ever. Either that or some game enthusiast out there went to an insane amount of time and effort to mod a game that hasn’t even been released yet. Still, Altair fighting Metal Gears with an Assault rifle? So…awesome. And oddly this gets me even more excited about MGS4.

Announcing the Next Call of Duty Game, Starring Hillary Clinton

Written by admin, on Mar 31, 2008 - 03:02

You’ve probably heard in the news how Hillary Clinton “misspoke” when she said she once landed in Bosnia under heavy sniper fire — a statement that was quickly disproved by almost every other news outlet. Naturally, this allowed for a week’s worth of jokes for many light night talk shows, including Real Time With Bill Maher. In this clip, Maher reveals the next installment in the popular Call of Duty franchise with “Hillary Clinton’s 3 AM Call of Duty: Mission Bosnia.” Yes, it’s actually gameplay footage from Frontlines: Fuel of War, but let’s just go along with it. “I’m going in! Cover me, Chelsea!”
