[...] xbox wrote an interesting post today onHere’s a quick excerpt Breaking news! It has just been revealed that the big secret from Assassin’s Creed wasn’t just the whole time-bending thing. It turns out that Altair is really Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid series! Okay, so obviously this is one really elaborate April Fools joke. It looks like Ubisoft and Konami collaborated to bring us the coolest five-minute gaming video ever. Either that or some game enthusiast out there went to an insane amount of time and effort to mod a game that hasn’t even been released yet. Still, Altair fighting Metal Gears with an Assault rifle? So…awesome. And oddly this gets me even more excited about MGS4. [...]

[...] xbox wrote an interesting post today onHere’s a quick excerpt Since the Battlefield: Bad Company beta starts today, it seems EA has decided to commemorate this by releasing a new trailer for the game. Luckily, this video is just pure gameplay footage, and it makes the game look pretty awesome. So far, it kind of looks like Call of Duty 4, just with vehicles and destructible buildings. And that really isn’t a bad thing in my book. Guess we’ll have to wait and see what news we hear from the beta. [...]

[...] xbox wrote an interesting post today onHere’s a quick excerptEveryone is drooling over the GT5 Prologue screenshots, and with good reason. Polyphony Digital’s masterpiece is very close to photorealism. While the world (except Japan) is still waiting for GT5 Prologue, and the full game has no release date, Codemasters are working on Racedriver GRID. DIRT was one of the best looking games on the PlayStation 3 last year. This year GRID should look even better, and try to beat GT5 at it’s own game. [...]

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow!!!!!!!!
Ever since Renegade i prayed for a another shooter like this. My wish came true. I was so happy to see a new game like renegade being made again. I do not know weither its going to be like renegade ( chosing weapons wise ). I enjoyed the points = vehicles/infantry type thing. I know this game will come out good. I actually trust EA this time.

Portal 2 should have a map creator and community sharing, this would be the best game in the world if you could create and share puzzles. Multiplayer and co-op are obvious small enhancements but adding unique player creativity into the game-play is where gaming is heading.

Portal multiplayer should be co-op:

P1 would stand on a button which opens a nearby door while P2 goes through the door and shoots an orange portal on a wall only accessable by going through the door, then P1 steps off the button (door simultaneously closes) and shoots a blue portal at a separate wall, walks through portal and meets up with P2 on the other end, thus completing the puzzle.

Multiplayer in the FPS style we all know and love would either be easy and boring or hard and boring.

PEACE.

I think a multiplayer game with Portal technology would be the best innovation in game play since zombies. The whole idea in FPS's is to find the best or most creative way to dispatch a foe and a multiplayer FPS with portal would revolutionize the genre.
